How do I get started?

Every project begins with a complimentary discovery call, where we take time to learn about your project, your goals, and your desired timeline, while making sure we’re the right fit for one another. From there, we’ll conduct a 60-minute Design Consultation in your home. During the visit, we walk the space, confirm the scope of work, and begin generating ideas. Following the consultation, you’ll receive a customized Design Proposal and contract, which we’ll review together on a follow-up Zoom call. View more information on our process here.

What does the Design Consultation involve?

The Design Consultation is a 60 minute working session with Andrea in your home. We walk the space together, confirm the scope of work, and start generating ideas tailored to your needs. Afterward, you'll receive a customized Design Proposal and contract, reviewed together on a follow-up Zoom call. 

what is your minimum project size?

We typically work with clients on full-home renovations and furnishing projects that include multiple rooms. We do consider select smaller projects when the scope and investment align. 

How long does a project take?

Every project timeline is determined by its scope and level of complexity. Full-service decorating projects are typically completed within approximately 6 months. For additions, renovations, and new builds, timelines generally range from 12-18 months. As we dive into your specific project, we’ll provide a personalized timeline so you know exactly what to expect at each stage.

What will I receive at the design presentation?

A lot. The full presentation includes 2D floor plans, cabinetry elevations, a lighting plan, 3D renderings of your designed space, complete specification sheets for all material selections, a construction binder where applicable. Additionally, we share your complete material, textile, and furniture selections - along with actual samples you can touch and feel.

Do you work outside of the Philadelphia Area?

Our primary service area is Philadelphia's Main Line, but we do travel for the right project. Reach out and tell us about your space - we're always happy to discuss.

What happens if something goes wrong during the project? 

Things happen — it's the nature of renovation and design work. What sets us apart is how we handle it. We take responsibility, seek solutions first, and work with our trades and vendors until we find the right resolution. Our clients never have to chase us down or advocate for themselves alone. We're in it with you, every step of the way.

What types of projects do you take on?

We work on residential projects throughout Philadelphia's Main Line and beyond - including new builds, full-home renovations and full-service decorating projects.
